to our new web-portal Reviry.sk. This portal is dedicated mainly for sport fishermen but it can also well serve as a touristic guide. As first of its sort it offers complete database of fishing areas and water surfaces in Slovakia. The main purpose of this project is processing of as much available information as possible and the aim is to create to its best complexity a web-based fishering guide in and outside Slovakia. This project originated to facilitate the orientation within the fishering areas in Slovakia and to provide the necessary information about them. However, one can find here also private and foreign fishering areas. The idea of this project arose only recently, but we will continuously update it. As there are a lot of fishering areas, however, we do not manage to visit all of them personally. That is why we would like to ask you for help in its updating. We will be gradually processing and inserting all your comments, suggestions and remarks (texts and photos). Likewise we would like to supplement the guide on "bothersome path-ways" of the Slovak fishering legislation. We believe that these pages will become your regular companion not only before your planned trip at fisheries.
